I teach primary Autism and have taught both public and non-public classrooms, Pre-K through 2nd grade. I have extensive experience in ABA methodolgies and have developed several behavior intervention products for use in my classroom as well as a sight word reading program that was so effective that Gen Ed is using it now with small groups and have seen as marked results as I did in my own room.

Instructional Assistant Communication Binder
As a special educator, I feel it is vital to have consistent communication with the instructional staff. I keep a 2 inch binder filled with this 3 hole punched form in a communcation area of my classroom. It helps me to remember to reinforce my staff for what they are doing well as well as give feedback for deficit areas.
