Students choose from a variety of topics from Act I of The Miracle Worker by William Gibson. These topics are designed to promote classroom discussion about the central themes of the play but are easily accessible for students without much prompting from the teacher. I teach at a rural high school in Southwest Missouri with some of the best students I know. A friend and colleague recently suggested that I test the waters by putting a few of my "homemade" items in a store on TpT, so here I am!
Teaching style
I only make products that I will actually use and only post products that have resulted in positive outcomes in my classroom. You will not find any "busy work" on my page because I don't use any. You will, however, find products I have used in class to help prepare my students for standardized testing, deepen their understanding of literature, and improve their writing.
