These multi-step word problems have a mixture of operations. I have included a answer key. It may be used as a center with self check or it can be used as a group.

I will use these to assess my students. It will figure out which r controlled syllables they are applying correctly. There is a record sheet to keep track of each r controlled syllable. Students will roll dice use playing cards to make a three digit number. They will then decide how many tens are in their number. I added a place for them to use their number to make a addition problem. It reinforces base ten and addition.
