This graphic organizer is great for students to use in a group reading assignment. I give the students book to work on that is on their independent reading level. I group the students based on that level. It does take a couple of weeks to show the students how to properly complete the graphic organizer, but once they get the hang of it they love it! They love reading with their friends and they really get into talking about the books they are reading. I love that I can monitor their indepen

This graphic organizer can be used to teach or review the reading strategy cause and effect using the book Why Mosquitoes Buzz in People's Ears by Verna Aardema.

This bundle includes all of the worksheets I have created to teach and review the addition and multiplication properties required by our state. In Virginia, our SOL's state that third graders only need to understand and use the commutative and identity properties of multiplication and addition. It DOES NOT include information on the associative or distributive properties. These worksheets are also listed separately in my store for your convenience. Thanks!
