I am asked for this small group lesson plan template a lot. This is one weeks worth of lesson plans for a small skill group.

As a reading coach I get asked for this basic guided reading lesson planning form quite a bit. It's goof proof. The only thing you have to do well is match the students reading levels to the guided reading book selection. All I ask is that if you like this you take a look at the other items I'm selling.
