If students from 6th grade are already familiar with the use of a ratio table to solve similar problems, this guided practice would easily walk them through the steps on their own toward creating ratio tables from ratios with fractions involved. This is also a helpful guide for a teacher who is working on transitioning struggling students from additive thinking to multiplicative thinking.
