If you're like me and have a student that will only do work if it is character themed, then you've come to the right place!

This chart has keywords that students encounter in word problems. Intended specifically for 3rd grade math instruction, but could be used for 4th and 5th. The addition/subtraction sections could also be used in primary grades. Can be printed and hung on the wall as an anchor chart or printed as quarter sheets, cut, laminated, and taped to students' desks. Black and white version as well as color. Enjoy!

Commutative property of multiplication practice with arrays. Then, a fill-in-the-blank math chat to explain thinking about arrays and the commutative property. Color version and black and white.

Practice for 3rd grade students with finding missing factors and dividends/divisors. Pair with a multiplication table or fact family houses.

Use this resource to scaffold and support addition without regrouping (making a ten is not required). Students can use counters, stickers, magnets, or drawings in the ten frames. There are some with two-digit addition as well.
