This form is made with the intent to be completed by another student in the classroom when a student is absent. It gives the absent student a summary of the class that day and lists all assignments that were missed, including homework as well as classwork along with due dates. It also has a check off column for the absent student to use to make sure all work was completed once he/she returned.

The word document contains 7 editable classroom coupons. You will need to change the teacher's name to your own. I have also included a place on the coupon for an expiration date or time frame.
