This math center activity is great for practicing parts of a set. Students will draw a card with a fraction on it. They will look to the denominator to find the correct set they are looking for and then color in the numerator part of the set after rolling the dice to see the color they will color with. This is so engaging for my students to practice fractions of a set. They love to color and adding in the practice of identifying the parts of a fraction in the numerator and denominator.
Fourth graders are expected to know how to multiply multi-digit numbers and do so well! Here is an engaging way to get students to practice those multiplication skills.
