I'm an Upper Elementary Intervention Specialist in an inclusion/resource room environment. Prior to this I taught in an elementary Serious Emotional Disturbance unit. I had boys in my class ranging from Kindergarten-5th grades grades. I managed anywhere from 2-4 awesome paraprofessionals. Teaching style

I focus on getting problem behaviors under control through various methods including PBIS. I also help design and implement RTI Tier 2 interventions in the general classrooms. I teach language arts, math, social studies, science and social skills.
