This lesson is meant as guided notes for students to complete. It is perfect to project or use on a smart board and fill in along with the students. The lesson also asks students to use their calculator to graph and find the solution.

These skeleton notes are designed to refresh students memory on key features of functions as well as have students draw and label the asymptote and y-intercept on both a growth and decay graph. Also included is a real world situation for a restricted domain and range discussion.

This "around the room" or "scavenger hunt" activity is designed to practice writing equations in slope intercept form from a graph. There are ten problems for students to practice identifying slope and y-intercept and the correct y=mx+b equation. There is a student recording page and an answer key included.

This activity includes slope and rate of change from a table, graph, and ordered pairs. Hang the posters around the classroom and have students complete the student work page. Students can start any where and their answer tells them the next problem to try. It is a fun and engaging practice.

This powerpoint covers linear inequalities as well as absolute value inequalities. There are many example slides that are excellent for independent work as well as student presentations.
