Building Stamina and Focus in Math:
After 10 questions, have students consistently choose a Brain Break that can be done independently and without interrupting other students. Each Brain Break poster includes a visual to remind students of the Brain Break as well as a short description of the break.
These can be taught and used during classroom instruction so that students can use them independently on standardized tests or classroom assessments.
