I am a lifelong educator. I have worked with young children from early on, worked with animals, adults, and taught from babies, preK to 12th, and college. I am presently and elementary teacher, but also teach educational courses online to adults overseas. I have worked in the field in nature, am a science teacher by trade, but love all things that are fun and wonderful. I have studied the arts, dance, music, write stories, and travelled the world. I also love languages, and work in the garden, and dabble in technology.

Use project-based learning, do socio-emotional, and student-centered learning for my students. I believe all children can learn with motivation and joy.

I live in Hawaii in a rural community but am a world citizen and speak 3 language. My home is also away from Hawaii, living for some time overseas. I am a facilitator for an environmental education organization and help hold workshops in culture-based, place-based, enviro. ed, for teachers K-12.
