This BUNDLE was created for career exploration activities. This BUNDLE includes 11 lessons. Four lessons are movie video guides and six lessons are Math in the News Articles. Each lesson includes questions for the students, a vocabulary activity and other resources for the teacher to choose from. This assignment includes 6 sales tax problems. I ask the students to meet with a different partner each time. Each one has a different mistake that I notice students will make. Students are asked to explain the mistake and then fix the error. On the last page, I ask students to create their own sales tax problem and then have a different partner solve their problem. Then, the students check their answer together.
