Students can practice decomposing fractions using these Matching cards. Each composed fraction card has 3 decomposed fraction cards that go with it. You can use these cards for Math Centers or for Math Stations. You can also play concentration with these cards. New TEKS 2014-2015 4.3(B) decompose a fraction in more than one way into a sum of fractions with the same denominator using concrete and pictorial models and recording results with symbolic representations.
