The first 3 pages lead students through an investigation of the greatest integer functions and transformations that include vertical and horizontal shift, stretch and compression, and reflection. This packet contains 3 worksheets. One worksheet gives students graphs of piecewise functions and asks them to identify the equation of the function and/or the domain upon which it is graphed. Two worksheets (one more challenging than the previous) give students equations and requires graphing them on the appropriate domains. The functions include linear functions, quadratic functions, absolute value functions and square root functions.
