Task cards are an activity I use a ton in my 8th grade math class with different concepts - and these scientific notation focused task cards are so fun to use as an escape room type activity. Partner Practice: Writing Equations from Linear Models (8th Grade Common Core)
What is this?In this partner practice, two students work independently to to find the equation of a given linear model, then collaborate to check their answers. Partner A has Partner B's worksheet answers, and vice versa. There are specific instructions for each partner to not just "grade" each other's work and give the actual answers, but to help his or her partner find the source of the incorrect answer.
