15 sets of matching cards with the expressions in word form that match with the actual algebraic equation involving a variable. This is a great way for students to practice algebraic expressions and equations while using academic vocabulary. You can play I have who has with this, memory, or extend students to create word problems with the expressions that are on the cards.

Get your kids up and moving and solving math problems with these task cards. Students can work alone or in groups as they walk around the room to a task card, solve it and record it on their answer sheet, and then find the answer on the next task card that they need to solve!
