ADHD/behavior Document
After a lot of research, I created this document to help my team come up with a plan for students with ADHD. Then unfortunately it was never used. I hope that it helps you! There may be some small imaging issues as it was transferred from word to docs so I decided to offer it for free. The research was based on ADHD, but it could work for any type of behavior situation.

Teaching style
I really mix it up! Sometimes, they need a good lecture while other times I am big on cooperative learning. Any time that I can get my students to work together or work with technology I take full advantage.

I have a rating of Most Effective with the Ohio Department of Education. I was also my district's educator of the year in 2014.

I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration.
