Welcome! I’m a 7th grade math teacher in my 2nd year of teaching and proud to be AVID certified and part of my school’s AVID site team. My passion is making math accessible and less intimidating for students by simplifying big concepts with real-world examples and clear, step-by-step strategies.

Teaching style

In my classroom, I use a lot of graphic organizers, interactive activities, and scaffolded practice so students can see the connections and truly understand the “why” behind the math. My goal is to build confidence while helping students discover that they can be successful in math.
