Students use this chart after an assessment to reflect on errors before moving on to additional topics. Students are encouraged to use their notes and resources to redo problems and identify their mistakes. If you use it after every assessments, students will also develop better study habits and not skip reviewing difficult topics. They will know that they will need to figure it out eventually even if after the test.
