I believe math class should be active, engaging, and full of discovery. Yes—even in a math classroom, students can experience hands-on learning through experiments, labs, and interactive challenges. I love designing discovery-based lessons that give students the space to explore concepts and build understanding for themselves.
Collaboration is also a big part of my classroom. Whether it's through group activities, real-world problem solving, or classroom games, I aim to create opportunities for students to talk, think critically, and learn from one another. Most of all, I want my students to walk away with positive experiences that show math can be exciting, meaningful, and even FUN!!!!
