This is a great assignment to go along with a great story by Cindy Neuschwander to accompany teaching representing multiplication. The illustrations by Liza Woodruff are filled with arrays, and equal groups. Plus the story is just plain fun, and we love fun! This assignment breaks down representing multiplication into "groups" and "equal number in each group" to combine to find the total or product. This is a great way to introduce your multiplication unit. Check out the read aloud of this book
