Math Rocks!

Give this to a student helper at the beginning of class to complete for an absent student. Make sure the student helper knows to collect any handouts given in class that day for their absent buddy. Have them give the completed form back to you at the end of class. Since I have a Smart Board, I also print a copy of the class notes for the absent student too. Enjoy!
