Improving on our craft as educators, mentors, and coaches should be our goal every year. Our students deserve the best instruction, best practices, best assessments, and best resources to achieve their goals and dreams. Therefore I strive to be the best resource and critic for my students, parents and teachers every year. I love analyzing data in order to learn about my students and teachers.
