This is a reference sheet for decimal place value and forms. It is a 1/2 page reference sheet that includes the place value chart along with an example of a decimal number written in word, standard, and expanded form (both with decimals and fractions).
There is also a bonus reference sheet with the basic place value chart (3 per page). My students glued it in their journal with a piece of packing tape over the chart so that they could use a dry erase marker to write the digits in each place val
