A congruent triangles review Jeopardy game. Topics include types of triangle congruency, isosceles and equilateral triangles, overlapping triangles, and proofs. Each question also has a timer included. I have left the final jeopardy question blank so you can customize it. I typically use this as a test review activity and have students play in teams. I usually make the final jeopardy question a random knowledge question or a question about myself but that is completely up to you!

This Google Form Quiz can be used as a quiz or test or even a classwork assignment. It assesses students on the types of angles formed by parallel lines cut by a transversal and their relationships as well as triangle angle sum, external angles of a triangle, and proving that lines are parallel. There are 12 multiple-choice questions. I post it on Google Classroom and ask students to turn in all work along with the Google Form.

Students will create a map of their own town using parallel and transversal streets. They will then be required to locate specific destinations at the locations of special angle pairs, like a gas station and a restaurant at alternate exterior angles. This is a pretty simple project that allows students to show their knowledge and show some creativity in the creation of their city. A Google Docs version is linked in the PDF and is Editable.

In the google slide presentation, there are ten slides with word problems about right triangles that require students to use sine, cosine, and tangent to solve. Students can solve the problems on paper and then upload pictures of the work on a copy of the slides presentation. You could also just have students submit the paper they did the work on or print out the slides and set up stations in your classroom.

Students will match Z-score statements with their normal curves and their area proportions.

This is a "hub" that use to help with distance learning. It is a central location where students can find everything they need for the week: videos, notes, practice, meeting times, and my contact information. The first page of the Google Slides Presentation has links to all of the information and the tasks expected of students for each day of the week. Clicking on one of the links will bring the students to another page of the presentation that will have links to what they need for a given day.

Students will graph several types of parent functions and then identify types of translations and graph the. Types of functions include linear, quadratic cubic, rational, exponential, absolute value, and more.

There are 15 stations in this activity that include equations with logarithms and natural logarithms. You could print each station and put them around the room and have students circulate and answer on an answer sheet or separate piece of paper or I do it digitally. I make a copy for each student through Google Classroom and have them insert their work as a picture on each slide.

This Google Form Quiz has 14 questions on simplifying expressions and solving equations. All questions are multiple-choice and range from simplifying and solving to error analysis. This can be used as a test, quiz, or classwork.

Students will collect data by launching stretchy chicken toys with their dominant and non-dominant hands. They will then analyze the data, find confidence intervals, and run several different tests for inference. This activity incorporates the review of several units from the AP Statistics curriculum and is a fun way to prep for the exam.

These Review stations are ina Google Slides Presentation. You could print them and make stations around the room or have students access them electronically. For collecting student work you can create an answer sheet, have students turn their work in on separate paper, or what I do is make a copy for each student through Google classroom and have them attach a picture of their work to each slide. Students will create their own polynomial function, identify its key features, graph it, and answer questions to assess their knowledge of polynomial functions. There is a link included to give you access to an editable Google Doc.

This Quiz has 6 questions on completing perfect square trinomials, solving by completing the square, and converting standard form to vertex form by completing the square. All questions are multiple-choice.

Students are given 4 polygons and asked to divide them into triangles. They then find the interior angle sum by multiplying the number of triangles by 180. The students will use their findings to derive the formula for the sum of the angles in any polygon.

Students will investigate the effect of "a" on the graph of a quadratic function. They will start with making a prediction about the shape of the graph of a quadratic function and then graph y=x^2 and then y=-x^2 and compare the two graphs. they will then graph functions in which "a" increases and "a" decreases and make conclusions based on their graphs. It is a nice way to introduce graphing quadratic functions before going into vertex form and standard form.

Students are asked to Watch a video clip from The Wizard of OZ and explain how he stated Pythagorean Theorem incorrectly. I use this as an opener the day after teaching the Theorem but it could also be used as a closing activity at the end of a lesson.
