This activity (individual or cooperative) is perfect practice for calculating slope using the slope formula. Includes the 4 types of slopes (positive, negative, zero and undefined). Easy to use with 2 options (less prep vs. more prep).

In this activity, students simplify different phrases using the properties of exponents. For example, taking their name (using the letters in their name as variables being multiplied together) and simplifying it using the rules of exponents. Students find this activity fun and a little more like a puzzle than just your typical rules of exponents problems. Great for a fun review or enrichment!
