Students practice applying scale factor to create their very own action figure. Students will love this fun and engaging lesson! Lesson includes activity page for students to record their work and for teachers to assess student work. Directions for creating action figure are also included. At the end of the lesson students love to see their action figures lined up to represent the class!

Students will have a ball practicing slope with this activity! Students track and record how many times in 1 minute they can bounce a tennis ball. Once they have their data, they graph it in a line graph and calculate their slope. From there, they analyze slope to narrate how it describes how they bounced their tennis ball.
