Mathematical Wonders

This handout can be used as a template in order to assist students when they are learning how to calculate the slope of a line using two coordinate points. It can be laminated or used in a dry erase-sleeve so that students can use one handout multiple times using a dry-erase marker.

This order of operations cut-and-paste activity has students match problems requiring simplifying using the order of operations (PEMDAS/GEMDAS) and their solutions. Problems contain 3 - 6 steps including: parentheses, brackets, exponents, and basic arithmetic operations. All questions contain only positive integers. This resource is a graphic organizer to assist students in identifying angle relationships formed by intersecting lines as well as angles formed by parallel lines.
