This is a fully editable Exit Ticket (You don't need the font packages to have the fonts I have made it so you can edit it all or edit only the Solve Box.. This is an ice breaker activity while reviewing 6th Grade Math Common Core Standards. I use this on the first week of school. Students find someone who can solve the problem inside the boxes. Then I have them add it to their binders, and encourage them to ask the students who signed in the box for help throughout the year.
