This is quite possible the best classroom behavior plan ever. Rather than just using the negative end of the discipline spectrum and watching a student slowly self destruct (ex. move from a green card on down to red card). This behavior plan allows you to utilize the positive end of the behavior spectrum. Student will need clothes pins with their names on them. Everyone in class defaults to Green (OK). Incremental rewards keep them focused on the positive end of the spectrum. Sure you will
