Hello! I’m Max, a career educator and administrator with a deep-rooted passion for special education and student advocacy. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Principal in a high-performing secondary environment. My foundation in education began in the classroom, where I spent seven years as an Intervention Specialist and eight years as a Varsity Baseball Coach. This dual perspective, having been both the teacher in the classroom and the administrator at the table, allows me to create resources that are not only compliant with state laws but are also practical for the "insider" realities of school leadership.
In my store, you will find tools designed to bridge the gap between complex mandates and daily building operations. I specialize in:
Special Education Compliance: Creating legally defensible IEP checklists and lifecycle timelines that make the overwhelming process clear and collaborative.
Administrative Efficiency: Developing automated trackers and AI-powered prompts that reclaim hours of an administrator's day—from OTES 2.0 evaluations to building-wide discipline management.
Student Advocacy: Building systems that focus on restorative practices and clear communication, helping families understand the "why" behind school-based decisions.
When I’m not in my building, I live in Powell, Ohio, with my wife, who is also an elementary teacher, and our young daughter. My goal is to support the educational community by sharing the same systems I use to ensure every student has the tools they need to thrive.
