Hello! I’m Max, a career educator and administrator with a deep-rooted passion for special education and student advocacy. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Principal in a high-performing secondary environment. My foundation in education began in the classroom, where I spent seven years as an Intervention Specialist and eight years as a Varsity Baseball Coach. This dual perspective, having been both the teacher in the classroom and the administrator at the table, allows me to create resources that are not only compliant with state laws but are also practical for the "insider" realities of school leadership. When I’m not in my building, I live in Powell, Ohio, with my wife, who is also an elementary teacher, and our young daughter.
