I have been in the education field for 30 years in both the private and public sectors. I have taught grades 2-5 and was also an adjunct professor for pre-service teachers. For the past 15 years, I have been a mathematics coach serving grades PK-5. What Shapes Are in the Bag?
This is a set of 24 clue cards for combinations of polygons. Students consider the numbers of sides for polygons and make combinations for targeted numbers.
Example:
I have 3 shapes in my bag. Together they have a total of 16 sides. What shapes could be in my bag?

Two-Dimensional Shape Flashcards
This is a fun set of two-dimensional shape flashcards. They can be printed tw0-sided with answers on the back by printing pages 2-6 first and then printing pages 7-11 on the reverse side. They can also be run single sided for matching the shapes with the correct names. The cards are very versatile and can be used for instruction, centers, partner or independent activities.
