This is a checklist I created for students to be in control of their Daily 5 choices. I used a half sheet of paper to help save paper. I laminate it and keep it taped to their desks. They mark with dry erase marker which choices they have done each week. This helps me monitor what choices they are making and what they may need to do more.

In my classroom I follow a daily MATH! routine. It is similar to daily 5. I like to have students keep track of their choices so that they are rotating and getting to everything while having a choice at the same time. I use the acronym MATH! for my rotations M=math games A=math alone T= teacher time H= help a friend ! = technology I created this page to use for my acronym but if you would like me to edit it to fit yours just send me a message.
