I created this informational writing template for my students to create informational writing books. They brainstorm a topic and facts using the prewriting pages. The book includes a cover, table of contents, a couple pages with handwriting lines and picture boxes, full picture page with caption box, glossary, and an editing checklist. I hope you find this to be a useful resource in your classroom.
