Experience
I have taught for the 30 years and worked with students in grades 1 , 3, 4, 5, and 8. Presently, I am teaching grade 4 as a math and science teacher.
Teaching style
I prefer to instruct in a hands-on, growth mindset environment. Students need to be given the freedom to explore without risk. They need opportunities to deal with problems and then find solutions with the idea that there is more than one correct answer!
