This Google Slides document is made for Unit 1 of the AP Spanish Literature and Culture course. It contains 49 Slides with information on the medieval period of Spain as well as information and a literary analysis of the required texts of Unit 1.

This is a fun game to play with Spanish 1 or 2 when learning the verb "ir" in the present tense! This game also covers information such as days of the week and places. This project is about the cultural concept of plazas in Spanish speaking countries. After learning about plazas, this project asks students to create their own. Included are directions, requirements, and a scoring rubric. This project fits perfectly into or at the end of Chapter 4A of the Autentico 1 series (formerly Realidades).

This is a fun and creative comprehension activity for "El Conde Lucanor Ejemplo XXXV" from the AP Spanish Literature and Culture required text list. In this activity, students must retell the story using drawings and explain the story in their own words to the class or a partner. My students had a blast doing this assignment! This Google Doc is a task board for the verb jugar in the present tense. There are 16 boxes that each contain a task using the verb jugar. Some boxes require a written response, and some require students to ask a jugar question to others in order to find a specific response from someone. I do this activity as a race. The first student to complete their board correctly gets one bonus point. Students have a lot of fun with this practice activity!

This is a visual vocabulary sheet for Autentico 1, Chapter 4B (Quieres ir conmigo?). Students can label each term with the appropriate vocabulary in Spanish. This format is helpful for students to learn vocabulary as concepts and objects, rather than an English-Spanish translation, which allows for deeper learning and faster reproduction!

This is a matching activity for places and activities done at them using vocabulary from Autentico 1, Chapter 4A. Students (or teacher) can cut out the 14 places vocabulary terms and then match them to the activities done there (also given in Spanish). This activity can also be turned into a game or race!
