I created this chart for my students to keep track of where and when they are not in the room. The chart includes a section for their name, time out, time in, bathroom, nurse, office, counselor, behavior specialist, speech, and other. Most components have a picture for student to know what they are checking off that are struggling with their reading skills. I made this chart to keep track of my students' progress, behavior, parent communication, etc. I print out a bunch of these and place them in a three ring binder per child. Anything I need to document go under the child. This helpe me to keep track of what has gone on all year long with my students.
