I created this chart for my students to keep track of where and when they are not in the room. The chart includes a section for their name, time out, time in, bathroom, nurse, office, counselor, behavior specialist, speech, and other. Most components have a picture for student to know what they are checking off that are struggling with their reading skills.
To use the chart, the student writes their name, the time that they left and then check off where they are going. When the student comes

My own education history
I first started at Pima College to get my associates degree. I then transfered to the University of Arizona to get my bachelors degree. I just received my masters through Grand Canyon University.

I have been married since 2004. We are the parents of two beautiful children. My daughter was born in 2005 and my son was born in 2008.
