Here is a project thing I made for distance formula and midpoint formula. I have uploaded the Google Doc I made for this, I would suggest you edit it to match your own student names and school locations. I liked it, makes kids read a story and think about what they're doing. It might help to first try it out yourself and see what you think about it. Student Work Examples
