Teaching style
I prioritize a classroom environment where everyone feels confident and comfortable to make mistakes, grow, and learn. My lessons have an inquiry focus. This inquiring occurs in a multitude of formats. Including explicit individual inquiry activities, to mini discovery based notes. In addition to a priority given to inquiry I try to emphasize number sense and arithmetic within my curriculum.
