As a middle school inclusion teacher, I use this template to organize my IEP binder. After receiving a copy of each of my students' IEPs, I add their information to this list so that later I can "glance" at their accommodations/ modifications. This file keeps me organized and allows me to make SURE I am meeting each one of my students' needs.

As a middle school inclusion teacher, I use this template to organize my IEP binder. I use this Flow Map with my middle school students as a way to "chunk" directions into manageable, sequential steps. You can print this template, laminate it, and then have students write on it with dry erase markers OR you can put it in google slide as a digital log. If you put it in google slides, make it the background for your slides and simply add text boxes over the top.

This lesson planning template is a google document that you can use on your own or remotely to co-plan with your PLC teams.

Every year I ask my students to tell me one thing they believe I NEED to know about them. This activity builds community AND gives the students an opportunity to share something important about themselves.
