As a middle school inclusion teacher, I use this template to organize my IEP binder. After receiving a copy of each of my students' IEPs, I add their information to this list so that later I can "glance" at their accommodations/ modifications. This file keeps me organized and allows me to make SURE I am meeting each one of my students' needs.
As a teacher I display these agenda slides on my board at the beginning of every class. My students all know to come in, read the slides, and then immediately start working on the "do now". This is a great organizational tool that allows teachers to establish and maintain an easy "bell ringer" routine. This also stops my students from asking "what are we doing?" at the beginning of every class. :)
