My teaching style is grounded in the diagnostic prescriptive approach of Orton–Gillingham. I continually assess where each student is and then design the next step to meet their exact needs. Every learner’s profile is different, so I adapt instruction to make sure it is both targeted and responsive.
I believe effective teaching is a balance of data driven decision making and a human centered approach. I use student performance data to guide instruction, but I never lose sight of the individual in front of me, their interests, strengths, and challenges. This ensures that the resources I create are not only structured and systematic but also flexible enough for real classrooms with real students.
