About the store
I started my career teachers Grades 2nd, 3rd, and 4th teaching all subject areas. I taught at 3 different schools in the same district and worked with 4 different grade level team. I also had the opportunity to loop with a class and job share. I am currently in my 11th year as a K-5 Math Instructional Coach and became certified as a Math Recovery Specialist. In my role, I work with students in small group, both for intervention and enrichment. Additionally, I partner with teachers in my school to improve math instruction for all. I enjoy being able to create the resources I need or my colleagues need to better support our students in their math growth.

Number Paths 1-20

Number paths can be used with Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2 students. These help students understand math concepts. These can be most helpful for students who are not ready to use a number line. I created this document to use in math intervention. I printed on 8.5 x 14 inch paper, laminated, and cut into strips (4 per page).

Math Binder Toolkit

I created this binder to use with my math intervention groups. I found that I was making copies of the same tools, therefore I put each tool in a sheet protector and stored in a binder. I made several binders so each student would have their own to work with. I would also flag the pages I would need for each group to save on time flipping to the page needed. I intentionally left space under some of the tools so I could ask students to write or show additional math thinking. For example, if stud

Get out of my house is a two player math game. There are 3 different game boards with directions for different math concepts: the number before or after from 1 - 10, addition and subtraction facts within 20, and multiplication facts of single digit numbers.

I use the Oral Counting Measure for math intervention with Kindergarten students. It can also be used with students in pre-k, 1st grade, or 2nd grade depending on the student’s math skill set. I suggest administration directions (Setting up the test, directions to students, and how to score) but you can adjust to best fit your needs. Keep in mind, whichever method you decide on should be used every time to ensure reliable, accurate, and valuable data that you can use to compare across students a

Matching Game Numbers and Ten Frames 1 - 20

I created this resource to be used as a math workstation in a Kindergarten Classroom (it can be used in a Grade 1 class too). You can choose to print on cardstock or paper (white or color). Also, I laminate center materials so they can last longer. The object of the game is to find the ten-frame that matches the numeral. You can create sets of cards that match student readiness. For example, you can have one group using cards 0 - 5 while a different group can work on numbers 11 - 20. How to P

I created these number posters for a Kindergarten classroom. I printed the black and white version on color paper and laminated. They are hung underneath the dry erase board and used daily as part of a math routine before the math lesson of the day. I printed the color version on cardstock and laminated to use in my math classroom.
