Keeping track of the students who are missing their homework can get frustrating. Keeping parents informed can be even more frustrating! Take care of both with this simple handout! When a student is missing their homework, instead of listening to their excuse and taking time away from your class, have them fill out this form and turn it in in place of the homework.
