About the store
I started my teaching career in Rhode Island in 2013. Since that time, I have dedicated my time energy to all the awesome children I teach! I love teaching, and feel born to help children learn. About 2 years ago, I found a niche inside of teaching where I have been able to really think outside-the-box when teaching Engage NY/Eureka Math. It has led me to a labor of love of creating content that will help my students succeed, think critically, and love math. All of the content uploaded in this store, is used in my classes, and has had tremendous results! Since implementing my new Eureka Math/Engage NY system of teaching, scores have soared in my classes. I have gone from about 5-8 perfect papers on each module test, to 30 perfect papers per test out of 54 children in the grade! I hope you enjoy these materials as much as I like creating them! More than that, I hope it instills a life-long love of math in your students, as they look at Eureka Math/Engage NY in an entirely new and different way!

Teaching style

In my class, my children come first! I believe all my students can achieve, and find success in my classroom. I look to create teachable moments where every kid has a chance to shine. I believe in high expectations, and holding my students accountable for great work! As a result, they work hard to meet those expectations, and have fun in the process.

Additional biographical information

I am a happy-go-lucky 5th Grade Math Teacher who loves to teach, and create content that inspires students to love math! I try to be the teacher my sons would love to have, and that pushes me to be child-centered in my teaching. I live in Rhode Island with my wife, and my two sons. Besides for that, I am a writer, and a lover of life.
