Making Observations Activity
Students practice making both qualitative and quantitative observations using a hands-on approach in this activity. Included are both a pumpkin observation activity and an apple observation activity. You may model one together and do the second independently. I use one for 7th grade and one for 8th grade to practice these crucial scientific practice skills.
